7:43 PM Fergie & Josh Duhamel Get Cozy at Premiere |
Singing, dancing, acting – Fergie does it all in the big-screen musical Nine. But when it comes to juggling her career and personal life, that's a skill she's still trying to master.
"It's a balancing act," she told to reporters at the L.A. premiere of the new film Wednesday.
The Black Eyed Peas singer arrived at the premiere on the arm of hubby Josh Duhamel
wearing a tight black mini-dress. The couple appeared cozy, showing no
signs of strain after a woman recently claimed she had an affair with
Duhamel, which a rep for the actor called ridiculous.
And
to prove his devotion, Duhamel was attentive and affectionate while
posing for photos with his wife, wrapping his arm around her and kissing
her forehead before heading into the theater while she chatted with her
costars Penélope Cruz and Nicole Kidman.
Inside the theater, Duhamel was doting as dozens of friends and
admirers offered Fergie their well-wishes before the screening. He
wrapped his arm around her shoulders as they took their seats.
It was the first time Duhamel watched his wife perform on the big screen, an experience that was nerve-racking.
"I have to say that it was very intimidating flying there, going to my
dressing room and going to the set – but once I got there everyone was
so normal and down to earth that it was cool. The ice was broken,"
Fergie said about working on the movie. "When I walked in it was
basically me and Daniel-Day Lewis and … I'm having to be at the piano,
singing 'Be Italian' in full voice in front of him and about a hundred
other people.”
