Katy Perry and Russell Brand just celebrated their one-year anniversary, which is like 5-years in Hollywood time, so naturally everyone wants to know when Katy plans on starting a family.

The 27-year-old singer told Ellen DeGeneres on her talk show on Friday, that she would love to have children.

"I think that's one of the reasons you get married," she said. "Especially to the person you marry. You think, that person is going to be a good partner, a good parent. But, I'm not sure it's time yet. We'll see, ya know?"

When asked if the singer wanted to have a lot of children, she replied, "If it doesn't hurt the first time, I'll keep popping them out!"

Katy Perry has four shots at scoring a Grammy Award, but win or lose, she's not sweating it: She already has her Grammy – of sorts.

The Teenage Dream singer, 26, was joined by husband Russell Brand, who had just hosted Saturday Night Live the night before, and her grandmother, Ann Hudson, at Sunday's ceremony from L.A.'s Staples Center.

Katy Perry traded her pastel-colored, cotton candy-themed performances of late for something far more personal at Sunday's Grammy Awards: the pop star, and four-time nominee, debuted footage of her Indian wedding during a heartfelt performance of "Not Like the Movies."

Perched on a swing that began to ascend, Perry sang, "I know you're out there and ... your love came for me," as footage of her Indian nuptials to comedian Russell Brand flashed on a curtain attached to the swing.

From her frequent Tweets about her cats – Kitty Purry, Morrissey and Krusty – to the her new perfume, Purr, whose bottle is modeled after Kitty Purry, the pop star has been throwing her weight behind all things feline.

At a signing Thursday for her fragrance, Perry debuted her new red hair, and accessorized her curls with a lacy cat ear headband from Parisian design house Maison Michel.

Expect plenty of fireworks from Katy Perry at the 2011 MTV Video Music Awards, as the California singer leads all contenders with nine nominations.

Perry, 26, earned three nominations for her "Firework" clip, including Video of the Year and Best Female Video. She's also up for Best Collaboration and Best Direction for "E.T.," featuring Kanye West.

West didn't do so badly himself, scoring seven nominations. Also getting seven nods was British singer Adele, all for a single video, "Rolling in the Deep."

Katy Perry and hubby Russell Brand popped into the Goorin Bros. Hat Shop in Los Angeles with their arms around each other. Perry was singing along to the music in the store and made a beeline for a floppy, turquoise Eden sun hat, which she bought – perhaps to match her brightly-colored hair. Later, the couple circled back to the store, but it was closed, so they did some window shopping instead.

Katy Perry hosted her own private party at West Hollywood's Trousdale Lounge for her close friends and family, according to an insider. The singer was joined by Swedish singer Robyn, who is opening for Perry on her current tour, and the group danced and popped bottles of champagne all night. Missing, however, from the bash: her hubby Russell Brand who's filming Rock of Ages.

The nominees for the 2012 People's Choice Awards were announced on Tuesday morning, with Katy Perry and "Glee" leading the way in this year's field.

Perry leads all nominees with seven nods, branching out into all three fields - movies, music and TV - thanks to her voice role in "Smurfs," her smash music success and her guest cameo on "How I Met Your Mother."

"Glee" also made a splash, scoring six nominations of its own. Other stars who received a nomination included Blake Lively, Daniel Radcliffe, Beyonce, Lady Gaga, Justin Bieber, Eva Longoria and more!
